Anidris Services recently announced that Nicolas Perrin was promoted as General Manager. He therefore replaces Eric Grosset.
After a high-level sporting career within the French biathlon team where he learned the taste for effort, the sense of going the extra mile and not cheating on himself, Nicolas Perrin invested in an IT career where, for about 12 years, he demonstrated his skills and team leadership from application development to infrastructure management domains. This has been especially true over the last four years, where he successfully drove two major outsourcing projects in a row for two banks in Grand Duchy.
Willing to expand his entrepreneurship skills, he decided in 2018 to join Anidris, as Nicolas and the company share the same human values ??and a definite appetite for customer happiness. He first developed Anidris’ Microsoft business from portfolio definition to go-to-market offers, he focused on understanding the company processes and rules of engagement and therefore driving customer satisfaction.
As the new operational leader of the company, he will bring his energy in ensuring a steady growth and global team competency evolution, in the full respect of the company’s culture “IT Expertise – Human Experience”, to the best benefit of clients.
Eric Grosset, the former Managing Director, will now focus on the development of the SPOC Luxembourg - ServiceNow Experts entity in Belux, as well as on the definition and launch of new initiatives in the group.
