In a rebuilding phase following a major transformation plan, this famous French retail company decided to support its back-office (invoicing) staff with RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
The employees who had remained in place had the same workload as before the reorganization, but with fewer people. It was therefore essential to relieve them.
