Kamel Amroune, CEO of Farvest Group, officially opened the ceremony, which was moderated by Lisa Burke. As highlighted by the CEO, "the IT department is at the center of the organization. It is a key link for digital transformation, cybersecurity, data management, etc. In this digital economy, the CIO is more than ever an important leader and together with the IT team, the department contributes to switch organizations from traditional and conservative infrastructures to innovative and top-notch technology-driven processes".
The Most Innovative ICT Training Programme recognition went to Devoteam. The company was notably recognized for its vision to promote technology at the service of people, #TechforPeople. Devoteam designed several trainings: AI Academy for Decision Makers, AI Academy for Software Engineers and AI Academy Bootcamp - From zero to Hero.
The title of Cloud Innovation Provider of the Year was given to EBRC. The company launched with the ambition to take up the new challenge of building a regulated European Cloud providing agility and high security at the same time. In 2019, EBRC also launched 4 innovative solutions (Cloud Readiness Assessment to Regulation, Hybrid, DevSecOps and DRaaS).
The Telecom Company of the Year award was given to MIXvoip, which "innovates and adds value by listening to the needs of both big and small clients". 2019 was a successful year for MIXvoip, its 2961 customers and 60 employees.
The prize of ICT Security Provider of the Year was awarded to Telindus. The company and its Cyber Security & Intelligence Operations Center notably secured OneLife's digital transformation, and based this project on 5 pillars: availability, confidentiality, integrity, intelligence and traceability.
PwC Luxembourg was rewarded with the Digital Transformation Project of the Year prize. The company is supporting its client, Spuerkeess, to onboard their internal digital transformation focusing on employee experience and engagement, operational excellence and simplification.
Deloitte Luxembourg was named ICT Strategic Advisor of the Year. Its approach focuses on working together with its customers in imagining, delivering and running the future of their organization in order to find the best solutions together. Deloitte has helped multiple clients to transform themselves from sales channels to core operations and up to finance or risk functions, to name a few.
According to the jury members, Accenture Luxembourg made the Best Use of AI & Data. With its client, a public employment agency in the Greater Region, the team of Accenture focused on three ethical principles – trust, transparency and benefit – and was able to set an example on how to manage citizens' data in a secure way.
