Context and Challenges
Created by our client in 2017, this digital division is an entity in charge of developing applications and software for the group’s various businesses.
Bringing together nearly 300 innovative profiles (developers, architects, engineers/scientists/data analysts, UX designers, but also scrum masters and coaches), the entity facilitates the life of all its employees by delivering agile projects related to the Internet of Things, Big Data, artificial intelligence and internal software development.
This fresh new entity decided to adopt the UIPath solution in an Agile-Lean environment, in order to optimize its back-office support costs and streamline the automation of processes in order to meet the following challenges:
–A large number of repetitive, non-value-added tasks;
–Need for a global Robotic Process Automation (RPA) center to address customer issues and provide optimized service;
–Optimize business costs with a state-of-the-art digital workforce.
