How will you succeed?

By:

Contributing to BID process,

Implementing & deploying CRM solutions tailor-made to customers’ needs,

Being integrated into UpCRM’s project delivery team working closely with peers (CRM Architect, Consultants, Business Development Manager) and reporting to the Services Director,

Supporting our customers during their digital transformation and continuous innovation process,

Being involved in internal projects and UpCRM innovation activities in support of business development.

Assisting management on direction, performance monitoring and development provided by the Services Director.

You will:

Team Up on pre-sales activities,

Develop specific solutions in respect of the mission scope and deliverables,

Be the trusted advisor towards the client during solution deployment in respect of our 4D methodology, create technical documents as well as Proof of Concepts according to requirements, 

Assist clients during Go-Live activities and proactively promote latest Salesforce releases,

Contribute to the Salesforce-based applications development, delivery, integration and support,

Participate in best practices implementation, frameworks design, standardization,
