Mastermind Summit & Competition brought together talented innovators and investors
As part of ICT Spring Europe, Mastermind Summit & Competition took place on September 15th. This event – dedicated to the startup ecosystem – aimed at promoting and spreading best practices, fostering emulation between entrepreneurs and VCs and offering recognition to the best international start-ups of the ecosystem. Mastermind was composed of a 1-day conference and a start-up competition where three key categories were represented: FinTech, DeepTech and NewSpace.

Launch of the new edition of Fit 4 Start, with a new HPC and data analytics track
The Ministry of the Economy and Luxinnovation launch the 12th edition of Fit 4 Start, Luxembourg's acceleration programme. Start-ups active in ICT, Healthtech and Space are invited to apply until 4 October 2021. In addition, a special track focused on HPC and data analytics will allow up to five of the selected start-ups to benefit from a tailored program involving the Luxembourg national HPC MeluXina.
GAMMA Technologies raises €1 Million in Seed Round from Husqvarna Group
On September 6, GAMMA Technologies announced a new round of Seed funding of €1 Million. This round of funding was led by the internationally successful company, Husqvarna Group.
Unseenlabs entrusts the launch of its satellite to the European Arianespace after the American Rocket Lab
French New Space nugget specializing in maritime surveillance, Unseenlabs, after two launches entrusted to the American Rocket Lab, will launch its BRO-4 satellite on August 16 with Arianespace's Vega launcher on August 16, announced Challenges on August 9 . The next day, Arianespace confirmed this information with a press release.

La plateforme startupluxembourg.com officiellement lancée
Le lundi 5 juillet, le ministre de l'Économie, Franz Fayot, et la CEO de Luxinnovation, Sasha Baillie, ont officiellement lancé la plateforme www.startupluxembourg.com afin d'améliorer davantage la visibilité de l'écosystème luxembourgeois à l'international, tout en facilitant les mises en relation. L'événement, organisé à Luxexpo the Box, a aussi été l'occasion de présenter les start-up sélectionnées pour la 11e édition de Fit 4 Start et de remettre les diplômes à celles graduées de la précédente promotion.
«The Elevator» : des start-up pitchent dans l’ascenseur mythique de Luxembourg-Ville avec Silicon et Orange
À travers le concept «The Elevator» développé par Silicon Luxembourg, soutenu par Orange Luxembourg et diffusé sur RTL, 10 start-up vont pitcher de manière originale au cours des prochaines semaines. Elles auront 30 secondes, soit le temps de la montée de l’ascenseur du Pfaffenthal à Luxembourg-Ville, pour promouvoir leur idée et convaincre de leur projet.
Fit 4 Start #11 : 15 start-up sélectionnées
Quinze start-up de 7 pays différents ont été sélectionnées pour participer à la 11e édition du programme d'accélération Fit 4 Start. Elles bénéficieront de 6 mois de coaching, de financement de pré-amorçage et d'activités de réseautage visant à faciliter le lancement sur le marché des produits et services qu’elles auront développés.
