Act In Space est un évènement international organisé, tous les deux ans, par le Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales (CNES) et l’Agence Spatiale Européenne (ESA). Comme en 2016, InTech a été l’ambassadeur et organisateur pour le Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.

EBRC et AdwäisEO (filiale luxembourgeoise du groupe ACRI), sont présents ensemble sur le stand luxembourgeois du Toulouse Space Show du 26 au 28 juin. Ce forum international rassemble plus de 3000 participants, leaders et experts, et est dédié aux solutions, tendances imminentes et à la nouvelle économie du domaine spatial.

Act In Space : "Une vraie dynamique" au Luxembourg
Il y a parfois des hasards qui font bien les choses. Lorsqu'il contacte le coordinateur d'Act In Space au Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES), Francis Sujkowski, Senior Manager chez InTech du Group POST, pense alors ne passer qu'un appel amical, les deux hommes se connaissant bien. Ce sera en réalité le début d’un challenge avec en point de départ l’organisation d'un hackathon à Kayl qui conduira notamment à la création de la société StarWear en 2016, cofondée par Laurent Ciarletta. BEAST est allé recueillir les témoignages du coordinateur d'Act In Space au Grand-Duché et du récent vainqueur, qui traduisent d'un réel engouement pour l'espace au Luxembourg.

Luxembourg Government and GomSpace partner to develop new space activities in the Grand Duchy
The Ministry of the Economy and Sweden-based GomSpace Group AB signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for their cooperation to develop, through a company to be created in the Grand Duchy and 100% owned by GomSpace, several activities focused on operations of constellations of nanosatellites and supporting GomSpace customers in data processing and delivery.
