L’Université du Luxembourg et l’Institut luxembourgeois de la normalisation, de l’accréditation, de la sécurité et qualité des produits et services (ILNAS) renforcent leur collaboration dans le domaine des Smart ICT et de la normalisation. Une cérémonie s’est tenue le 17 mai 2017 au ministère de l’Économie pour conclure formellement le partenariat.
La CSSF révolutionne l'externalisation des services de cloud computing
La Commission du Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) vient de clarifier la situation quant à la sous-traitance informatique en nuage, ou infrastructure de "cloud computing" dans sa circulaire 17/654. Celle-ci s'applique à tous les établissements de crédit et PSF, à tous les établissements de paiement et établissement de monnaie électronique. La circulaire contribue à la gestion saine et prudente et à la bonne organisation de ces mêmes entités.
Luxembourg blockchain actors incorporate Infrachain a.s.b.l.
This 18th of May, 11 private actors and the State of Luxembourg incorporated the non-profit Infrachain a.s.b.l. dedicated to leapfrog the adoption curve of blockchain solutions in a trusted and compliant-aware manner. The private actors are a mix of larger and smaller, technical and non-technical entities that see business opportunities arising from a technology that provides substantial efficiency while creating new legal and business model challenges. The actors, in no particular order, are: InTech, LuxTrust, Telindus, Snapswap, Scorechain, KYC3, Bitbank, Grant Thornton – Abax Consulting, Deloitte, KPMG, Allen & Overy and the State of Luxembourg.

Une nouvelle vague d'attaques au Luxembourg
Une récente vague d’attaques visant les solutions bancaires d’entreprises a été observée au Luxembourg et en Europe. Les attaquants effectuent des transferts illégaux d’argent à partir de ces solutions bancaires en volant le code PIN dans le but de débloquer la carte à puce et d’abuser de l’application grâce au malware installé sur le PC des victimes. Les attaquants utilisent plusieurs techniques, dont des appels téléphoniques, pour forcer l’utilisateur à effectuer des actions malveillantes.
