Luxembourg to host first ever Global Ventures Summit (GVS) in Europe

The LHoFT Foundation and Silicon Valley based Venture Capital firm, Parkpine Capital, have signed a deal in San Francisco, in the presence of Luxembourg Finance Minister Pierre Gramegna, to hold the Global Venture Summit (GVS) for the first time in Europe bringing over 100 leading Silicon Valley VCs to Luxembourg to meet and network with their European counterparts and, critically, connect with Luxembourg and European start-ups aiming to raise funds.

KOOPHub and LHoFT build bridges between Luxembourg and Turkey to foster innovation

Deloitte Solutions - the first ARM in Luxembourg

On March 28, the Ministry of Finance granted Deloitte Solutions the authorization to exercise ARM (Approved Reporting Mechanism under MiFID II, EU Directive 2014/65) activities. Deloitte Solutions S.à r.l. (DSO) is the first Luxembourg-based company to obtain a licence to report under MiFIR on behalf of their clients to domestic competent authorities.
