Luxembourg Internet Days 2019 - sous le signe de la coopération européenne
La fin de l'année approche déjà à grand pas, et le temps de l’évaluation est venu pour fixer les ambitions de l’année à venir. Un an exactement après « L’Appel de Paris » (l’appel de la France pour la confiance et la sécurité sur Internet à travers le monde), le nombre de cyberattaques internationales ne cesse d’augmenter. L’événement Luxembourg Internet Days sera l’occasion de discuter en profondeur de ce qui a vraiment changé en termes de menaces et de solutions et de mettre en perspective les besoins des professionnels en matière de sécurisation des Réseaux, du Cloud et de flux, de stockage et d'utilisation des données. La transition numérique, de plus en plus intimement liée à tous les aspects de notre vie, professionnelle et privée, réelle ou virtuelle, devient indissociable des défis sécuritaires que représentent les Réseaux et le Cloud ; c’est pourquoi, les deux jours de l’édition 2019 seront entièrement consacrés à ces sujets majeurs.
Datacenter Luxembourg entre au capital de Luxnetwork à hauteur de 49%
Datacenter Luxembourg entre au capital de LuxNetwork. Les deux sociétés confirment ainsi leur partenariat initié en décembre 2016. Ce rapprochement permet l’émergence d’un nouvel acteur majeur du secteur du cloud et des télécommunications au Luxembourg, qui réunira 35 collaborateurs pour un chiffre d’affaires de plus de 17 millions d’euros.

En date du 30 septembre 2019, le Luxembourg Digital Innovation Hub (L-DIH) a été officiellement lancé, en présence du Vice-Premier ministre et ministre de l'Économie, Étienne Schneider. Élément-clé de la stratégie nationale d'économie basée sur les données, L-DIH est une plateforme hébergée et gérée par Luxinnovation, et s'intègre dans l'initiative européenne visant à réunir l'offre et la demande dans le cadre de la numérisation de l'industrie, en particulier des PME.
cegecom fête ses 20 ans : l’opérateur est toujours aussi fringant
Deux décennies et pas une ride! Le 9 octobre prochain, cegecom fêtera ses 20 ans d’existence lors d’une soirée d’anniversaire mémorable. Depuis sa création en 1999, l’opérateur enchaîne les succès. Aujourd’hui, le groupe artelis, né du partenariat entre cegecom et VSE NET en 2006, reporte un chiffre d’affaires annuel de 60 millions d’euros et compte 180 collaborateurs. Le groupe est désormais leader du secteur des télécommunications de la Grande-Région.
