As the CEO of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, Hugues Delcourt is well-aware of the changing environment of banks. The 46-year old Frenchman was appointed CEO of the BIL Group last October. The HEC graduated has a solid background after numerous positions in the banking industry from Singapore to Luxembourg, notably in retail banking, merchant banking, investment and private banking. Moreover, his management duties at UBS, Crédit Agricole Indosuez or ABN AMRO gave him an international knowledge and understanding of the market, a necessary quality to thrive in the Luxemburgish banking sector.
