InsurTech Summit: discover the full program
In less than a week, Warren will host the very first edition of the InsurTech Summit. This event deals with the digitalization of the insurance sector, allowing professionals to create new services on the one hand, and giving the customers more autonomy on the other. This edition is entitled "Technology and the enablers of new business models in the insurance sector" and will bring together more than 200 experts from Luxembourg on October 18th.
The afternoon will begin with opening words by Thierry Flamand, Advisory & Consulting, Partnter & Insurance Leader, Deloitte Luxembourg. Then, Sabine Vanderlinden, Managing Director of Startupbootcamp Insurtech, will present the InsurTech landscape to the participants and share her knowledge.
A first panel on the topic of wealth management will bring Fernand Grulms (Managing director of PECOMA Actuarial and Risk), Marc Stevens (CEO Managing Director of OneLife (previously NPG Wealth Management)), Marco Caldana (CEO FARAD Group, Vice President of APCAL) and Béatrice Uba Jolivet (Head of Business Development, CALI Europe) together.
Following this discussion, Louis de Broglie from InsPeer and Claude Have from Have-a-portfolio will tell the audience all about their startups.
The second part of the InsurTech Summit will start with a keynote speech given by Benjamin Hourte, Technology Director, Earthlab. Then, a second panel will focus on InsurTech Best Practices and will be moderated by Mario Mantrisi, Chief Strategy and Research Officer, KNEIP. Eric Chaudron, (Directeur des Systèmes d’Information, Bâloise Assurances Luxembourg), Hocine Berrane (Head of IT and Organisation, Member of the Executive Commitee, CALI Europe), Laurent Kratz (Co-Founder, Scorechain), Denis Lemaire (Founder, Awtol) and Sylvain Arts (Sales & Marketing Manager, Earthlab) have already confirmed their participation.
Throughout the day, several expert workshops will be given, notably by Wizata, Deloitte Luxembourg, Ainos and KPMG Luxembourg.
